Conservation Framing
Every aspect of our conservation framing service is bespoke and each frame is specifically made for the individual item being framed. This time however, the process will be carried out by our Fine Arts Trade Guild Commended Framer.

Expertly crafted with the highest quality finish.
We frame your artwork using only specialist conservation materials and techniques. This enables the artwork to be displayed permanently whilst at the same time providing comprehensive protection and ensuring that the artwork can be removed from the frame in its original state.
We only use fully archival conservation mount boards with a quality of paper that has neutral pH (lignin-free and acid-free) and resistant to ageing.

Mounting

Backing for our archival framing is a 2.6mm conservation Corri Cor Plus backing board. This is a 100% archival, strong, rigid board and has a water-resistant coating.
Backing Boards & Tape
Our framing advisors know that choosing the right glazing is crucial for every client’s artwork. Selecting the correct glazing not only enhances the appearance but also ensures the long-term protection. That’s why we offer UV protective glass, anti-reflective glass, museum grade glass, and a range of acrylic glazing options.
Glass

Providing Norwich and Norfolk with picture framing services for over 25 years, we have certainly seen an unrivalled selection of “treasures” brought in by our valued customers. This has given us the experience and knowledge required to find a framing solution for every challenge.
Framing Styles
Before we commence with the framing process, we are always happy to provide an artwork condition report. This is particularly useful for higher value pieces that may have been purchased already framed, or for items being reframed by us, as these may never have previously been seen out of their frames.
